Introduction
Welcome to the community relations and consultation website for Mill View, a new housing development and country park in Central Bedfordshire. It will be situated at Thickthorn Farm – just north of Houghton Conquest and to the south of the Wixams Park development. It is bordered by the B530/Ampthill Road to the west, and by Bedford Road to the south.
This website is intended as a resource for the local community, providing a way for people to share their views and stay up to date with the latest news as the site develops.

We want to deliver a scheme that offers a diverse range of living options for people whatever their stage of life. It will be characterised by high quality architecture, complemented by highly liveable public realm and community facilities.

The planning application has been subject to detailed discussions with Central Bedfordshire Council, and we are now hoping to hear from local residents about our proposals.
